Nathan has been lifting weights for over ten years. During that time, he naturally became a person that others came to for advice on form and programming for their own weight lifting journeys. Nathan's passion has grown tremendously, to a point where he felt like he wanted to open up his knowledge publicly. He completed his USAPL (USA Powerlifting) Club Coach certification, and is ready to help his clients achieve their goals. Whether training for a competition, or just wanting to become a stronger and more well rounded weightlifter, Nathan is ready to help!
